Premier League Player of the season.

Kevin De Bruyne.🇧đŸ‡Ș

2019/20 stats:
35 games. 👏
13 goals.đŸ”„
20 assists. 🎯
One of the best individual seasons the Premier League has ever seen, KDB enlightened the 2019/20 campaign. From his unmatched playmaking ability to his venomous right foot, there is no wonder why De Bruyne is highly regarded as Europe’s finest midfielder to date.
All in all, this man has been an absolute joy to watch and is definitely a sensation to the division. In yesterday’s 5-0 thumping of a relegated Norwich side, De Bruyne equalled Thierry Henry’s record of 20 assists to sign off Manchester City’s season in impressive fashion.
Premier League Young Player of the season.

Trent Alexander-Arnold.đŸŽó §ó ąó „ó źó §ó ż

2019/20 stats:
38 games.👏
4 goals.đŸ”„
13 assists.🎯
One of the main influencers to the modern fullback, it is still honestly scary that Alexander-Arnold is only 21 years old. Certainly not the finished article defensively, but his attacking prowess and output is absurd. He is already a certified key player to Liverpool’s plans.
In this season, his own record of 12 assists from a defender in a Premier League season was broken by none other but himself - taking his tally to 13 for the campaign. Receiving constant praise and comparisons to Cafu, it is still mind blowing to assume his best years are ahead.
Premier League Manager of the year.

JĂŒrgen Klopp.đŸ‡©đŸ‡Ș

2019/20 stats:
Champions. 🏆
99 points. 📈
84.2% Win Rate.✅
The mastermind behind Liverpool’s dominance domestically and over Europe, this award is a no brainer. Whilst other managers such as Chris Wilder and Frank Lampard can make a case, there’s no denying the exemplary work that JĂŒrgen Klopp has created at Liverpool Football Club.
Klopp has made significant progress and improvement each year during his tenure at the club. From finishing 8th in his debut campaign to fast forwarding 5 years later where he is a Premier League, Club World Cup, Super Cup and European Champion.
Extraordinary stuff.
Premier League Signing of the season.

Bruno Fernandes.đŸ‡”đŸ‡č

2019/20 stats:
14 games.👏
8 goals.đŸ”„
7 assists.🎯
Signed from Sporting Lisbon for a fee of an estimated £47 million, there have been very few (if not any) players that have made the instant impact that Fernandes has made in the Premier League. Almost singlehandedly turning United’s season around, he has been a revelation.
His numbers speak for themselves and he looks the real deal. A significant missing piece to United’s puzzle - there’s no wonder he is still undefeated in the Premier League. If he can continue his incredible form into next season, United will look to be a real force.
Premier League’s Most Improved Player of the season.

Mateo Kovačić.đŸ‡đŸ‡·

2019/20 stats:
31 games.👏
1 goal.đŸ”„
3 assists.🎯
Following an underwhelming and frustrating 2018/19 season under Maurizio Sarri, questions of Kovačić’s long term future at Chelsea arisen. The Croat was signed for £40 million, during Chelsea’s transfer embargo. What a signing he has proven to be.
This season under Frank Lampard, Kovačić has looked like a completely different player. The glimpses were always there but on a consistent basis, Kovačić has established himself as one of the best midfielders in the Premier League. Definitely been Chelsea’s Player of the year.
Premier League’s Most Disappointing Player of the season.

Kepa Arrizabalaga.đŸ‡Ș🇾

2019/20 stats:
33 games.👏
8 clean sheets. 🗒
53% Save Percentage. 📉
Whilst behind a relatively poor back line, Kepa’s goalkeeping displays simply haven’t been good enough. Being bought for £72 million and gaining the title of the “world’s most expensive goalkeeper” can’t be the most helpful reputation - but he certainly hasn’t lived up to that.
With the Summer Transfer Window open and Chelsea demonstrating early their clear ambition to close the gap between themselves and Liverpool, it would come as no surprise if they were in the market for a new goalkeeper. It’s a significant problem that needs to be fixed.
