People with many disabilities/chronic illnesses CANNOT get live vaccines due to their conditions or medications they are on.
This is a short list, but it includes people with:
- Lupus
- Rheumatoid Arthritis
- HIV/AIDS
- Crohn's Disease
- Any type of immunosuppressed or immunocompromised person
- Taking any medication that quells the immune system
- Allergic to the vaccine ingredients (eggs, latex, etc)

Anything less is reckless at best and murderous at worst
