I wanna share with you some advice about keeping hydrated while working or playing games for example. 1. get yourself an interesting Bottle. It should look cool and be comfortable to drink from. For example me and @MaggotChii have our own Potion Bottles that we fill with water.

2. Keep the bottles filled. Whenever you see them empty, take a break and refill them. Your boss should not be allowed to keep you from staying hydrated. 3. Stick with clean water if you can.

4. Always have that bottle around you. Best if it's visible to you at all times, because then you can always tell how much you have left. 5. Don't think of water as a finite resource. Empty that bottle knowing that there will be more. Of course this is a more difficult topic,

but if you have access to clean water you should cherish it. Feel free to argue or add to these advices.
