This is the "suicide note" from Izu, the young man who was wrongly accused of sexual assault and killed himself because he couldn't handle the trauma.
There has been attempt to obfuscate his story, to rubbish his memory. Here are his own words

This is a young man with promise, suffering from mental health issues trying to be good as much as he could.
And a group of vile bitter seeking some supposed justice under a backdrop of deep hatred for men finally broke him. I hope you're all happy.

The issue here is how we as a society approach and address issues of sexual misconduct, sexual assault and the false accusations that has are possible in these things.
Are we still going to continue with the madness of "believe ALL women."? Like, ALL??
Are we still going to continue with the madness of "believe ALL women."? Like, ALL??
Like he said, we all hope this is an opportunity for us to start a different, civilized conversation on how to approach these sensitive issues.
Sexual assaults/misconduct is evil but we need to start treating it like a society with due process, law/order. We are not barbarians

We can't keep fanning the embers of this madness of shutting down every avenue for giving accused men the opportunity to tell their own side of the story.
Even murderers are given fair trial. That is what differentiates us from animals. This jungle justice culture needs to end.

And this is a wake-up call for we men. We've witnessed the drama on TWitter NG regarding sexual assault stories.
Sometimes the goal isn't seeking truth and justice for victims. Sometimes it is simply about tearing down a man. A man down is a victory for feminism on Twitter

Stand with your fellow man when the usual mob comes baying for his blood. Tomorrow might just be your turn.
But if it has been sufficiently proven (or you're convinced by the evidence out there) that he is guilty, throw him to the dogs to face punishment
That is what sane men do

We are not standing up for rapists and we are not also standing up for kangaroo trials and jungle justice.
If this common sense approach makes us rape apologists, so be it. We can't succumb to a hateful mob who have affirmed their hatred for us over and over again on Twitter.

I hope Izu's his death is the reset button that simps and virtue-signalling men on Twitter need. Stand for justice, the right form of justice.
You'd be called names but at least you're standing for what you genuinely believe in and not joining a bandwagon.

I pray Izu's soul rests in peace and that his death is not in vain. To the hateful, bile-filled group of jackals who pushed him to his death, I hope you are happy.
If our society is too weak to bring his murderers to justice, I hope they never have peace until the day they die.
