1. There appears to be some very questionable connections and events regarding the development of the COVID 19 Tracing app, and the Procurement process for the Private companies undertaking Covid Testing in Australia.

Many of the roads to profit from the CV tests, lead to China.
2. This is going to be a long one, so hold onto your hats.
3. Creation and cost: The Covid Safe app has cost taxpayers approx $70 Mil.
This includes development, programming, editing, and $64 million in ADVERTISING.
Not one infection was found as a result of the app… ZERO infections have been demonstrated through contacts via the app.
4. DELV - the developer of the app: was paid more than $3.8 million to create the app. DELV's CEO Masseh Haidary is the husband of Liberal Party Canberra candidate Mina Zaki and has in a previous role his company hosted MP Angus Taylor in the past at business events @awakeinaus_
5. Mina Zaki - the wife of the CEO of Covid app creator (who received more than $3.8 Million)
Mina is thought to possibly have dual Aus/Afhan citizenship.
She wants people to ‘take her word’ and will not show the documentation that she has announced it.
6. Zaki left a key piece of documentation off of her disclosure with the AEC. Under Afghani law, an application to renounce one’s citizenship must be approved by the President. Though Zaki disclosed a letter which states that her “national identity” is no longer valid.
7. Some commentators have pointed out that this could refer to her national identity card and that the letter only recommends that Zaki’s citizenship be revoked, it does not actually unequivocally state that Zaki is no longer a citizen of Afghanistan - @iosefmann
8. Hold onto your hats until the end... as we will come back to this connection later... but lets move along to some interesting Customers and Clients that DELV has...

Plentry of Gov Depatrments (here is just a few).. and this interesting one...
9. Healius...

So WHO is Healius? Maybe this is a question that we should all be asking
10. Healius is an interesting character in the story. This company was contracted by the Government to do the COVID testing along with another company - SONIC and are making A LOT of money from it (as stated by their CEO, Malcolm Parmenter in an Investment Interview).
11. Healius have recently snagged a $500 mil deal to sell off their GP Day clinics to focus on…. PATHOLOGY. They have 34% of Australia's Pathology market. Healius' share price rose 20% on the back of this.
12. Healius also holds our Sensitive Australian Defence Force (ADF) Medical Files... but we will get to WHY that is important a bit later in the thread
13. So now you have a major customer of Delv (the covid tracing app creator) doing the covid testing.

But we really need to look into HOW Healius was chosen by the Government to make sure it is all above board.
14. was also given a $22m contract to run a rapid Covid-19 collection and testing service for aged care facilities between 30 April and 30 September.
The health department said the contract was awarded through a limited process due to the urgency of the situation.
15. The department said it only approached major pathology providers with existing collection and testing capacity across at least one full state.

The health department said the contract was awarded through a "limited" process due to the urgency of the situation.
16. The department said it only approached major pathology providers with existing collection and testing capacity across at least one full state.
No details were published on the government’s public contract database and many states were not Healius' and Sonic's testing service
17... In fact, QLD stated that the public sector was more than capable of handling the testing

So why were they contracted if they were not needed?
18. Too add bones in the broth Healius and sonic refused to do testing unless they got paid more, “ Private pathology companies threatened to refuse COVID-19 testing at the height of the pandemic, forcing the federal government to increase by four-fold its payment for each test.
19. This has resulted in an increase of the CV test subsidy from $24.40 to $100. A company chief executive described as a "COVID-led recovery" for pathologists confronting an exodus of patients from other services”
20. Sonic Healthcare and Healius, have recovered by 10.6 and 14 per cent respectively.

I am new to this.. I am not sure if I have to reference... Thank You Sydney Morning Herald and The Guardian.

But it doesn't end there...
21. Remember: Healius has been trying to sell Their 70 odd day clinics to focus on Pathology. They struck a $ 500 million deal in June. Do they know what is to come? Surely not...
22. Just for Good Measure

HEALIUS CEO - Malcolm Parmenter Connections and Experience
Was the CEO of Sonic
Was CEO of Independent Practitioner Network Ltd (IPN).
Worked in Hong Kong
😐Member of Federal Primary Healthcare Advisory Group 😐
23. Now we get to the REALLY GOOD bits.

And remember, I am am not saying there is definite Dodgy's going on here. I just think someone should check it out.
24. Many doctors and Gov Directives have said Covid testing for non symptomatic people is wasteful… WA Gov has advised against testing for fit for work purposes as it poses risks of false positives. It is also conflict with their COVID testing Directives
25. Then why is Andrews holding roadside campaigns and now making it mandatory? Against Expert advice?

Check out Healius Shareholders… it may have something to do with it? It may not? But worth noting.
26. Healius biggest Shareholders are Chinese Company: Jangho Group Company Limited, with 15.9%
Jangho has ties to the communist party.
They also have stated that they want to become a Healthcare Giant.
27. Jangho Acquired Australia's largest chain Eye Hospital - Vision Eye Institute in 2015

Early in 2019 China's Jangho Group offered Healius an takeover bid valuing the medical centre and pathology group at more than $2 billion...

and remember..
28. There are concerns over security of ADF medical Records as Healius was handed years of historical data on military personnel which includes names, dates of birth, addresses, referral notes, pathology, images and radiology reports. They are also contracted for ADF imaging
29. This is all on the internet, Canberra has spoken about it (thank goodness and thank you).
30. Now, we need to get back to the wife of DELV CEO, Mina Zaki. @awakeinaus_ dropped this info a few days ago...
31. There seems to be some questionable connections
Julia Bishop is the Chancellor of Australian National University (ANU)
Mina is/was an ANU student (remember her husband is the CEO of DELV. the developer of the Covid App)
32. Mina, the wife of CEO of Delv appears to be a big Julia Bishop Supporter.
Bishop has allegedly funneled taxpayer money to the Clintons... and.........

Here comes the...
33. BOOM!

ANU, The Clinton Foundation and IBM are holding a hackathon in August 2020, to use Tech in order to develop solutions for a pandemic.

Thanks to the Clinton Global Initiative
34. Like I said, nothing in here cements a thing. It just smells suspicious.

And from past experience, when something looks, feels, smells, and acts suspicious. It is probably worth a having a look into it.
35. Does it pass the pub test?
You can follow @ThePubTest4.
