Alright I think I've made enough people confused. Lmao. Shall I explain?
I'll explain in chronological order of my tweets. The first tweet has an image from the ending of S2. We can see what appears to be two figures arguing and then embracing. This was first made with the idea of it being Historia and Eren after the events of the latest chapter but +
I find this too simplistic and unlikely. So who could it be? It would be unsatisfying for it to be anyone other than Eren. But who is the other person? The most obvious choice would be none other than Mikasa herself. But is there evidence to support them having an emotional +
reunion? Especially considering that Eren is trying to commit genocide? I think there is. Upon reexamining the Lost Girls manga, I found it to be eerily similar to the current events of SnK. For those that don't know, the LG manga featured Mikasa, who was having a dream about +
about Eren. During this there were several events that could hold a deeper meaning. For instance in the second tweet, we saw Levi talking about Eren in ch 25. Calling him a monster with great power but that his power wasn't the titan abilities but instead his willpower and drive+
and the LG manga made a similar statement, with Grisha saying Eren had a great power and that it would lead him down a dark and dangerous road. Sound familiar? He also stated that Mikasa may be the only one capable of protecting him. The similarities don't end there however +
,in the third tweet we see Mikasa in the LG manga talking about how Eren has gone away and she will have to live a life without him. Ironically, the exact same thing has happened in the real manga. Eren in ch 112 put a huge wedge between them. The question is why? Now we know +
from ch 130 that the Ackerman power (per Zeke) has nothing to do with Mikasa's devotion to Eren. Perhaps Eren did all that in ch 112 to save his friends. But in the 4th tweet, we see Mikasa come to a very ugly conclusion that whatever great power Grisha had been talking about +
succeeded and Mikasa had failed. AGAIN eerily similar to the real manga as show in the other image. In the real manga, Louise was the one that showed Mikasa the ugly conclusion that her scarf had made her blind to Eren's worsening mindset. Sure, this could all be coincidental +
however in the 5th tweet we see another similarity. Mikasa had been searching for Eren but instead met a masked hypnotist who wanted to use her for his greatest trick: getting her to kill him. The hypnotist had previously stated that he did shows all over but as he kept doing +
them that no one was paying attention and as such he had led an unproductive life. So his final trick was meant to be revenge against the world that had treated him unfairly. Compare that to Eren's final actions and they're again eerily similar. Eren's main motive isn't revenge +
but I think its fair to say that at minimum it does play at least some part of his actions. In the 6th tweet, the hypnotist states that his identity is irrelevant but he's trying to manipulate Mikasa to be a part of his plan. Eren has manipulated many events in the final arc +
so could perhaps Eren be manipulating everyone to bring about his own death? Perhaps. In the 7th tweet, we see the hypnotist pull a fast one and reveal that it was all a trick. Is there another big plot twist coming? Is Eren going to reveal a plan that was happening all along +
or could there possibly be an even bigger entity (the unknown hypnotist) pushing the events along. Could it be destiny? Oushing Eren toward his predestined ruin? Or is someone using all of this to escape the tragedy. Could be either really. All things considered I'd say there's +
a solid possibility that Mikasa will meet Eren again. Now we've gone full circle back to the 1st tweet. Could Eren and Mikasa be heading toward an emotional reunion that leads to an angsty embrace? More than possible.
Perhaps the unknown hypnotist isn't Eren at all but could be destiny. The predetermined fate of the world to end in a bloodbath. I'd say there's a solid possibility that the final twist will be to reveal who really started it all (unmasking the hypnotist) and there's evidence +
to support it. One theory I've seen is the idea that Eren created the current SnK universe as an alternate to the boring universe he lived in before. That would certainly be insane. Another theory I've see was the idea of a multiverse and there being multiples Eren's. Either way+
the final twist should rock the story to its core
My theory would be that there's two versions of Eren's POV. Current and future. More or less future Eren sent past Eren his memories to manipulate him to do the rumbling. So past Eren took the gamble to trust himself. So then the hypnotist would be the Eren and why he did that
But this could also be evidence to further prove Xerc's idea that Eren created the SnK world and in reality, he's the masked hypnotist
