If the people talking to Biden want to act like philistines that watched King Lear and said “yeah, he was right to banish the genuine one that spoke only words of honest love not false praise” then frankly their English teachers have good reason to be ashamed of them.

I believe that Biden is too strong and too sure of himself to repeat Lear’s mistake.
I believe that while some around him try to disrespect Kamala like she’s Cordelia, that Biden knows that she would be nothing short of a force of nature on his side. He wants that, too.
