1. Build Connections - Don’t focus on followers
Don’t prejudge people by their follower count, look at their content.
Small accounts become big!
Reach out to accounts, ask for feedback/help.

2. Research - Study accounts. Success leaves clues.
Find your own style around the accounts that you like.

3. Engagement Groups - I know there are mixed opinion on these, but they helped me.
Allowed me to build some confidence when I had no idea what I was doing.

5. Study the best times to post and engage
Post your best tweets when your followers and you are active.

6. Look at your analytics.
There’s a big difference between a tweet with lots of likes and one where you gain lots of followers.
@wealthyclicks has just put out a great free tool for beginners where you can track your interactions.
Worth getting.

7. Learn the power of threads.
I’m no expert but my first one gained me over 100 followers and made me think I could make it on here.

7. Run your own race. 
It’s easy to get caught up in other people’s results and to start playing their game.
There will be people who blow their accounts up very quickly.
Trust me, they are spending LOTS of time on here. If you’re not, be patient.

9. Show up every day.
I can’t stress this one enough.
I don’t know how the algorithm works.
But I know that when my activity drops it takes a day or 2 of work to get back in its ‘good books’.
It’s a tough master.
I’ve never missed a day.
