Thread: The Backdoor Approach

Business's are moving & pouring more into their online operations

How to capitalize without competing
E-Commerce has seen a massive spike

The direct approach is to make an e-commerce store (B2C)

The 'backdoor' approach is helping stores (B2B)

- Handle their emails
- FB/Google Ads
- Post/Grow social media profiles
- Fix their website design
- R&D
Picking one core offer and either learning it yourself within 7-21 days

Or finding someone who does it well to be your contractor

e-commerce is one example

Plenty of industries have inefficiencies because of recent online transitions
- Restaurants now doing a large portion of their business through delivery/pickup. Online orders

In fact most local businesses more than ever are trying to fix their online operations

Getting less drive by/foot traffic = less exposure
The local spa's, massage places, therapists, plastic surgeons

Desire to schedule entirely online and have a flow of clients come in

Plastic surgeons I see are doing consultations online
Education is now online

Gym's/Fitness brands losing a lot of in person customers looking for ways to add some sort of online offer

So much opportunity right now
And unlike directly competeting as a business

Which = lot's of overhead and expenses the agency model is pretty much 100% margins, even with contractors it's still high margin
It's what i've been doing for some time now and really enjoy the process of adding systems, improving efficiency, scaling etc

Keyword: SYSTEMS

You gain so much confidence and deliver amazing results when you focus on one thing

Having a tested plug & play system
Instead of figuring out everything new each time

Imagine a sheet of paper 80% filled out with the framework of the proven system

All you have to do is fill in the 20% blanks with their specific businesses aesthetic
Alright that's it for this thread.

In summary
- Proven system for one area a niche of business owners need

- Installing/running that system for them

- Capitalizing on online spike being the mechanic instead of the one in the car
