Practical Skincare Tips
Face wash:
1. You do not NEED fancy expensive wash.
2. Go for mild gentle cleanser, ALWAYS.
3. The only job for a good face wash is to CLEAN. Nothing else
4. Read ingredient list
5. Avoid products with SLS, Paraben & other harmful chemicals, esp FRAGRANCE
*Identify your skin type*

Exfoliation:
1. Ditch apricot, walnut shell etc based scrubs. Uneven particles cause micro tears in your skin.
2. If you MUST use, then please not more than ONCE a week. Be very very gentle.
3. Go for Chemical Exfoliation (Requires separate discussion)
Moisturizer:
1. Everybody needs it.
2. Daytime moisturizer can be a simple one. You don't NEED fancy. Job is HYDRATION.
3. Your night time one should be extra hydrating. Facilitates skin repairing.
4. Look for Hyaluronic Acid in ingredients.
5. Same.
Sunscreen:
1. You NEED it.
2. Stepping out? Need it. (SPF 50 PA+++ UVA UVB)
3. Staying in? Need it. (SPF 30 will suffice)

Can't repeat but reading ingredient list, ditch toxins and identify skin type is universal for every category.
Serums/Treatments:
1. This is where you NEED to invest your money.
2. Use one treatment at a time.
Like fine lines, acne, hyper pigmentation etc
3. If using Actives make sure they are compatible with your other product ingredients. ( Vit C should not be mixed with Niacinamide)
Face Masks:
1. Don't attack but it's a feel good product. If your skincare is on point you don't exactly NEED it Ppl tend to believe that instant shine glow on their face is cause of the mask, that's PLACEBO. No product can guarantee you results in 5mins You can still use it ofc
2. If you have to use, then Clay based face masks. ADD TO CART! esp in summers. They help in attracting all the gunk on face.
3. Do not leave the mask on for more than the time mentioned. (5-7mins)
4. Ditch Sheet Masks. Waste of serum. Waste of money. You don't NEED it.
Toners:
1. Refreshing addition to your routine.
2. Adds that extra hydration to your face.
3. Don't use cotton swabs for applying. Use hands or spray versions. Pat on your face. Do not rub. Let it observe.
Under Eye Creams:
1. They are nothing but expensive moisturizer for your under eyes.
2. It's better you use good quality moisturizer there. With light fingers pls.
3. Try cold spoon technique and fixing sleep schedule.

(ALL OF THE POINTS ARE GENDER NEUTRAL )
