Answering the irrationality of a murtadd concerning a misused hadith, which not only they manipulated but understood from it some amazing stuff, which no muslim scholar in the history of islam thought of

1) the murtad doesn't probably know that the prophetﷺ was sent as a warner to all mankind regardless of their gender, & out of love & duty, he gave advices to the women to give up on certain qualities that my lead to hell,

Like he warned the Merchants-Judges.. who were all men

2) the game which is played here is waging woman's emotions against this hadith & therefore against the prophetﷺ & islam, claiming that islam humilates the women, with the aim to cover the fact that islam is the first system which responded to women's cries as anita rai says:

3) most of these murtad try to link between having menses & going to hell, so that they can express their hurt feelings towards how evil this religion is, but in reality the hadith has no connection between the tow, rather each will be juged based on their deeds not somethin else

4) they presuppose we say men&women are equal, which isn't the case
We're created to complate each other with different qualifications

womens testimony is obviously not equal to the men's in fields like transaction etc
& in what women master, men's testimony is not even accepted

5) they skip that the prophetﷺ was actually praising the women by saying" the mind of a cautious sensible man could be taken by one of you" which means regardless of how firm & conscious the man might be, he could be taken by a woman, and this is a strong point in her character

6)deficiency in mind doesnt mean the woman is less intelligent, rather the prophetﷺhimself explained it to be that her testimony is half of a man's in fields where the woman isn't interested in & she can forget,
But her testimony is greater than the man's where she is competent

7)to prove that the idea is to protect ppl's lives & property & not to degrade women we find in the case of a man accusing his wife of adultery, he has to swear 5 times
-4 behalf of the witnesses
-1 for hismelf

But she can "abregate" the 5 testimonies
By swearing 5 times

8)if we look at it away from emotions, we can't deny the woman is exposed to many natural influences ( menstruation, pregnancy, breastfeeding, menopause..) that can affect her memory & that's why Allah did not assign her to things that my burdern her, & she isn't in need of them

9)if this meant women lack minds, it would also mean, they're irresponsible, cuz one who has no mind can't be held accountable,

It's why all Muslim scholars understood it to be : the compassion of women overcome their mind in many aspects of life, unlike men who lack compassion.

10)the deficiency in religion is also explained in the hadith, that women remain days & nights without praying & fasting due to Menstruation & postpartum, but still her reward is there, & she is not to be blamed, bcz it's Allah who permitted her to refrain in these circumstances

11)If we look at the days woman is permitted to not pray or fast, we find it indeed, a big number

If a woman lived 60 yrs
-Reached puberty at 12
-menopause at 50
-Considering pregnancy
-many kids

So out of 38 yrs 12 yrs of them with no prayer & fasting

& that's a deficiency

12) when you see a kafir, rejecting a haidth about hellfire, which is in the knowloge of unseen U sense like they've gone to it and returned with a refutation to what the prophetﷺ stated

13)the prophet explained which women are worthy of that punishment and referred to some of the major sins in islam

1- cusing: wishing someone to be extracted from the mercy of God

2-being ungrateful: a quality that increases hatred between the mates and leads to divorce

14) it's generally believed that women always exceeded men in number. So most of God's creatures from mankind are women . And if they were most of Hell inhabitants they are also most of paradise inhabitants. That's what Abu huraira understood from a Hadith which indicates that

15)entering paradise or hell isn't based on gender or ethnicity But based on faith & piety

Allah declated this fundamental concept throughout the Quran and the prophet lived by it
