So I guess you could say I've had an epiphany overnight. The past month has been hellish for #wafc and the current uncertainty is painful, and made worse by the fact that we can't control the ultimate outcome...
But I've realised there is one certainty. (1)

And that is that the current state we're in has to come to some sort of end. The questions are, when and how will that happen?
We don't know the answers yet, but it's hit me that whatever they are, the stage after that will be hard work but an amazing thing to be a part of. (2)

Say we secure new owners, and win the points appeal. We beat the EFL, and get to rebuild in the Championship. It'll be tough, and we may end up going down anyway next season, but we'll still have #wafc despite corruption and the EFL's indifference. And we'll be back. (3)
Say we find new owners, but lose the appeal. We still have #wafc, and we rebuild in League 1. That'll be a longer, harder process (and we might even go down again) but we'll be in a position to recover slowly and sustainably. We'll still be back, even if it takes longer. (4)
Then there's the doomsday scenario: we don't find a buyer and the club folds. That'll hurt, but I know that everyone on the #wafc hashtag who's stood up to save the club will get straight on to setting up AFC Wigan or whatever we call it. We'll all be part of the new story! (5)
This might be my latent Calvinist tendencies talking, but what we're going through now will earn us our part in another amazing chapter in the #wafc story, or the start of a new tale that either way, we'll tell the next generation of fans. #KeepTheFaith as always.

That being said, after watching the last month in horror, I think we could all do with the administrators chucking us a bone and delivering some good news soon! #wafc (7/7)
