First Family Code 1920
Philosophy:
"Family must be reconstructed on a democratic foundation".
The code was revolutionary at the times when the rest of the Europe was still thinking either to give the right to vote to women or not.

جواز: خواتین کی اکثریت تبھی یہ فیصلہ کرتی ہیں جب وہ بچے کا معاشی بوجھ نہ اٹھا سکیں۔ یہ ایک بڑی وجہ ہے اس لیے ہم صرف تب تک اسے قانونی کر رہے ہیں جب تک ریاست اپنے زرائع پیداوار اتنے نہیں بڑھا لیتی کہ وہ ہر نئے پیدا ہونے والے بچے کا معاشی بوجھ اٹھا سکے۔
