it's my own #pierogifest 2020: biked to Hy-Vee & got cheddar frozen Mrs. T's pierogi (the last box!) & store brand applesauce, then sauteed onions at home

this would have been my lucky 13th straight year attending #pierogifest; I first biked with friends in 2008 & have gone (usually by bike) ever since

I finished frozen pierogi (which are actually potato cheddar) today, with applesauce because I was too busy to properly fix onions again. going back to Chicagoland where I can get fresh pierogi too!
