The Maxwell Connection - Part 2

After finding Ghislaine's old Twitter username, I went down a rabbit hole and found connections to the United Nations, China, canals, the pope, and all sorts of goodies.

This is a quick continuation of that.

I looked up Ghislaine on OpenCorporates to see what other names TerraMar might be registered under. Instead of that, I veered for a quick detour when I saw a few unfamiliar names.

First: Jemma Kidd Make-Up Limited

British model, make-up artist and aristocrat Jemma Kidd founded a makeup line in 2005. In 2008 when the recession hit, she decided to go all-in on her beauty brand.

Her financial director said the move was "cash suicide", but Jemma claimed, "you live and die by the brand."

Well, it tanked, and with Maxwell listed as the Director.

In an annual return form the business filed on 2/20/2012, shareholders are all listed. Ghislaine is listed as company director 5.

The address that she used for the service address is the same address as the J Epstein Virgin Islands Foundation, Inc. Although over a decade apart.

When you arrive at the list of shareholders, the 2nd-in-command is "Lord Rothschild."

If you'll recall, another Rothschild was a "founding citizen" of her TerraMar project.

Hmm.
