94% of women stated that they had made personal life tradeoffs because of work.

Nearly 2/3 of #WomenInMedicine said that burnout from work stressed their primary relationship.

Nearly 2/3 with kids said that they always/often feel conflicted as a parent.

And here is the sad part for male colleagues.

Less than half of women physicians identified male colleagues as supportive of gender equality.

We have a lot of work to do to ensure that being a #HeForShe is a rule, not an exception.

Being passive is not enough.

Leaders, there was a major mentorship/talent development gap identified in the survey.

Less than 1/4 of #WomenInMedicine reported professional development at work.

62% said that they don't have a mentor.

We must be that mentor/sponsor and lift women up every day!
