I just saw a tweet about a Muslim guy who is feeling suicidal after his ex hacked his account and released nude pics of him

- This is becoming common

- Such action is devastating for the person and their future

- I advise people not to take, keep nor send such pictures EVER

Peoples 'nudes' or 'private' pics often get leaked because at the time of creating/sending them you never anticipate others seeing them

But:

- Relationships/friendships break down

- Hacking is common

- Groupchat/Private messages get leaked

- Google, FB have access to them

I understand its fairly common for girls to be pressured into sending 'nudes' to guys they want to impress etc

Honestly, it's one of the worst things you can do because there's so much damage that can be caused by them sending it to others or using it to blackmail you in future

We live in an age of Snapchat, Group chats, Insta & DMs. So constantly sending pics & videos is standard

Who knows how this will evolve & entail in future & it could get worse

Of the talks we need to have with our kids growing up, this topic should definitely be one of them
