2) Background rates matter
Feds should be prioritizing schools OVER anything else - but clearly not happening. States need to step up.

We can't keep pushing ICU's to the brink. Front line healthcare workers are giving everything they can.
But, as @ashishkjha said, doctors and nurses are humans. They can’t keep going in crisis mode forever.
