I've had a chance to look into Garrett Foster, the man who was shot and killed at the Austin BLM protest.

Foster was a Boogaloo.
He was at the protest with his fiancée, a black quadruple amputee. She's the one in the wheelchair in the video.
For the millionth time, some Boogs are white supremacists, but most aren't.
I see a lot of confusion in my comments. To clarify, BLM protesters, including Foster and fiancée, were marching in Austin. A car pulled aggressively into their midst. Foster was open carrying. The driver pulled out his own gun and killed Foster.

How do I know he was a Boog boi? We were in the same private groups on Facebook. While FB purged may such groups and pages a couple of weeks ago, they gave advanced warning a few weeks prior to that and some mods rebranded their groups to avoid the purge.
The farthest back I scrolled was late November because the 6-hour standoff by Boogaloo Alex Booth was a widely followed event in the movement. 130,000 people tune in to the Instagram live stream to watch.
Even publicly, he didn't exactly hide his affiliation.
Or his hatred of the police.

I didn't post the FB screengrabs earlier for 2 reasons: 1) my notifications turned into a festering cesspool, 2) I didn't want to point out the victim's FB page; his account was getting slammed w/ hate-filled messages, which is an awful thing for his grieving family to deal with.
On Facebook, there are two camps - the pro-Trump community is celebrating and mocking his death.
And the Boogs are mourning the loss of one of their own.
