1. Cate Blanchett shot the film Manifesto in 12 days! Each day she played one character and there was even a day she played 2 different characters the same day. Iconic.
2. Cate Blanchett attended the AACTA Awards in 2015 via bus. People were saying it was because she didn’t want her dress to get ruined but Cate clarified the taxi driver put her at the wrong gate so she asked the bus driver if he’s heading the correct one.
3. Cate Blanchett put Ellen Underwear on herself when she finished the interview with her. A year later she said she must have been super excited because it was the week they adopted Edith and she clearly was all over the moon.

5. Cate doesn’t like to wear the color green. She said she hasn’t wore it in years because it was the color of her school uniform and she couldn’t consider rewearing it.

11. Cate admitted Cannes Film Festival & Berlin Film Festival are the scariest red carpets to attend because there are tones of photographers and you don’t know where to look.
12. Cate finished her shootings for Elizabeth The Golden Age on Thursday and flew from the UK to Montreal to start shooting I’m Not There on Sunday. The range.
13. Experimental theater: War of Roses was an experimental production of the Sydney Theater Company back in 2008. The show took 9 hours in which they performed 3 plays: Richard I,II,III. Cate played Richard II.
14. On the last day of Carol shootings Cate invited Phyilis Nagy to her trailer. It was super cold, and then she offered her a drink. Phyilis though she’ll get a soda but Cate gave her Vodka. “We are rocks”. She said. Nagy added: “just like she played Carol”.

20. Cate Blanchett is so flexible she gave birth to three sons and yet she can do the splits. BUT SHE CAN’T PROMISE ANYTHING.
21. Cate has had some “nose” issues and she would hide tissues on stage for years so the audience will not notice the problem. She solved it with a small operation.

23. Babel script has changed a few weeks before they went on shootings. Brad Pitt was doing other works and therefore Cate and Brad didn’t rehearse the changes at all. They went there and killed it.

27. Cate's very first job was at a Nursing Home, she said she thinks she was 14 years old. She said she was always curious about the older people and about how fragile life is.
