The way I've managed the routine portion is by investing in smart technology (Google Assistant, Phillips hue lights, primarily) and using IFTTT. I have a routine for them major things in my day to day and it happens automatically.
I had a couple of really good days where I was able to set it up. And it's made the world of difference.
Taking care of myself is my most practiced habit. Figuring out what you need to work best isn't a great mystery. It takes reflection and intention.
