I'm in 14-D (parent) home quarantine in S. Korea with my NL spouse and our child (16 mon)!

1⃣ Before boarding, our temp. got checked. The flight (where we wore😷& safety👓), wasn't full (probably due to current SK restrictions: VISA and max. 60% seats for regular flights)
2⃣ Upon arrival (ICN), we filled in extra forms. They cross-checked the info also by calling our host (parent). They made sure the installation and working of the app. We, people with no symptoms, were not tested in the airport and could continue to our destination.
3⃣ To get to my parent's in Busan (330 km from ICN), we used a coach bus, h-speed train (a few compartments), and a taxi arranged only for foreign arrivals. The whole time, we were guided and helped by the officials. At Busan station, before using a taxi, we three got tested.
4⃣ Our 16-month's reaction to the deep nasal swab was just a light reflexive cough!
Next morning (approx. 12h after), neg. test results (SMS) and a box with food and etc. came. Also psychological consultation info and a survey form.
5⃣ An official is assigned to monitor our health status reports we make through the app. It seems unexpected visiting of officials that I read somewhere is not in practice. Monitoring SK daily case report, so far (after 3 days) none from the same flight seems to be +.
6⃣ My impression on SK quarantine process for foreign arrivals: this's really a manpower work as said by WHO! 👉 https://twitter.com/kakape/status/1285229448619610115
You need people who are committed to overcome the crisis. Kind and helpful attitude encourages more cooperation from the quarantined.
We read some positive change made in NL during the last days!

Hope we will be lucky to be back to NL with more of the positive changes!
