Very probable case of reinfection in an Israeli doctor? I'd give it 99% bc known new chain of transmission and 2 month asymptomatic period w neg tests https://m.jpost.com/health-science/israeli-doctor-reinfected-with-coronavirus-3-months-after-recovering-635550
@nanogenomic @DanielleFong @jonst0kes @CT_Bergstrom

Prerty close if not meets the criteria @Merz said offhandedly in a few tweets https://twitter.com/Merz/status/1286445176005644288?s=20
For context, here's distribution of re-positive tests after release from hospital, from S. Korea back in May. Unfortunately not colored by symptoms or not. This Dr's case would be around or past the right end tail. Then again, don't know the retesting sampling process they used

No sequencing done to rule out reinfections, and only 3 people had attempted cultures out of ~200ish. (but I also don't suspect there were reinfections in Korea due to the stronger distancing and isolation/contact-tracing at the time).
