Alright, so with the start of the NBA right here, I thought I'd use @NBA2K cover man Dame to spin through some of the apps that I have available. First we'll start with DARKO, a @kmedved/me product where I'm like 99% the graphics guy.
Found here: https://apanalytics.shinyapps.io/DARKO/
DARKO is a box score and talent projection system. There's a nice long explainer on the front page so check that out for more details. Just keep in mind that any values you see on the next tweets are *not* strict box score stats.

On the 'Talent' tab we see current players. Click on Dame and you'll see charts like this that show his DPM (DARKO's all in one) over time and the derivative of DPM over time. While not specifically designed for an all in one, DARKO has one nonetheless.
Next we step over to the 'Projections' tab where we can see estimates of 5yr total value from a player based on @kmedved's wizardry. Dame's charts for example. Again *not* a measurement 'what has happened', but a modeled prediction based on DARKO talent projections.
Don't take the green/orange chart too 100% literally. It's a guide for how the model sees Dame, not the absolute shining truth.
Next is the 'Career Trajectory' tab where you can compare players by a few DARKO talent levels based on age and/or games. Here's Dame, CJ, and Nurk. DARKO loves Nurk.
