3+ YEARS EXPERIENCE AND SHIPPED A 'AAA' TITLE IS NOT ENTRY LEVEL I'M SICK OF SEEING THIS WHEN I KNOW FOR A FACT IT'S NOT AN ACTUAL REQUIREMENT!

THIS👏IS👏 EXCLUSIONARY👏It's been proven that women are less likely to apply when they think they are unqualified for a position.
For context, I'm still trying to help my sister find job openings. Aside from that, I can't count the times I've told people, women specifically, to apply anyway when they see these "requirements". And to see them look nervous and hesitant to do so anyway, it's heartbreaking.
I have had lengthy discussions internally with people about how we need to remove this language from entry level job postings and diversify our recruitment language because it's agreed upon that it's not a necessary requirement.
I have heard the argument "It's there to weed out people who aren't serious".

If your studio's goal is to actually improve its culture and diversify its talent rather than just saying you want to do that, maybe check your priorities and rethink how you word job listings.
