A quick thread before we record for the pod. This promo is exactly what the community needed. A positive boost. This should get cash flowing between buyers and sellers and slowly but surely re-ignite "trading" once more.

Whilst this is an incredible promo, I urge you to treat this as just that. A promotion. Think about your buys, don't fall victim to FOMO. This promotion will end and you need to be confident that you have an exit strategy or long term plan for any new buys.

There will be random people who net a hatty and rocket, don't get stuck with them in your portfolio unless you have long term faith in them as a hold. Be sensible and you'll be OK. Look at fixtures, try and be objective instead of reactionary. It's always the better option.
