Doing nsfw content based of real ppl is a huge morally grey area that is supposed to exist in its own microcosm and you being uncomfortable / disliking it =/= it being inherently a bad thing.

Will i hold it against you if you think its weird ? No ! Bc in a sense it is, a little. Heck, everything NSFW is a bit odd because it oft has to do with fantasies & taboos. Weirdness *kind* of is the point.

NSFW subspaces are places that are really controlled & contained within their own communities ; it means in an ideal world, without the intervention of outsiders, it stays where it's distributed, in places carefully chosen, far away from the people that are depicted.
NSFW crowds care a LOT more ab safety than you give them credit for. The only moment RPS is bad is when it's leaked outside of its boundary, oft by people who are not in the community&don't understand the rules, and thus expose artists&minors to a space they dont mean to belong
And the worst is when it's done intentionally&with malice, because the ppl spreading NSFW RPS pieces complerely disregard the safety of everyone involved, because they want to shame & ridicule ppl for having fantasies that are incomprehensible to them.
And sexual content that drifts away from the norm is very much perceived as something you should be ashamed of.
What saddens me the most, tho, is when ppl engaging with kinks/paraphilial content, who are supposed to understand how it feels to have to hide something+

You are indulging in bc it's seen as deviating from the norm, suddenly condemn similarly alt content bc its "not their scene".
Ive seen ppl produce rly super hard content of anime characters endorse almost anything but draw a hard line at RPS content and that's pretty conceited.

So ; in conclusion, what i meant to say is RPS is complex and has it's whole nuance & whole ecosystem. RPS creators / consumers constantly have discussions between themselves related to safety & healthy engagement and you should probably respect the fact that they+
Really, really thought hard ab how to conciliate fantasies with ethics, in the safest possible ways.
