• Measure what matters

You cannot improve something until you measure it.

Tracking works because it brings awareness to the actions you take in the area of your life you want to improve.
Whether you're trying to lose weight, wake up earlier, or read more books..., keep a detailed record of what actions you're taking towards your goal.
• Consistency is key

Building new habits is very hard, so be patient with your self.

And getting anything off the ground is the most challenging part of any new endeavor.

But once you get a successful rhythm, your momentum (BIG MO) helps to kick your game into another level.
