Thinking about how SOUL organised one of the most effective movements at @protectihumatao I have ever seen. They built deep meaningful relationships with community groups, unions, political parties, individuals. They used legal, political, media, social media, arts.

Were consistent & relentless with their message & actions. Made the space welcoming to the public over a period of 4 years through various events. Commited to their method of peaceful occupation- making it accessible to everyone.

All of this meaning that when people were called to come we were familiar with the land, history and struggle & showed up on mass.

The people have spoken the Government must listen.
