Perceiving and publicly addressing the truths underlying the present state of chaos in much of the world can be a lonely business, but once one sees it, one can't ignore it. Friends may think we've gone off the deep end, and it's very tempting to consider they may be right.
The frequent examination of opinions recently formed in response to world events, to determine their origin and merit is a beneficial exercise but when you realize over time that your gut reactions frequently turn out to have been justified, you begin to trust your gut.
Certainly I can be very wrong, (such as when I used to be Never Trump), but I'm usually happy to admit my errors and change course when I realize this - especially since discovering the truth has been a lifelong mission.
The truth I'm convinced of right now is that the devil is being allowed to roam free in the world possibly more so than at any other time in history. This is so troubling because the greatest tragedy for any person, is not to lose his life, but to lose his soul.
Godless forces are presently conspiring to unite all nations under a new world order that will erase the freedoms we take for granted, instituting an authoritarian rule that adheres to a world religion which elevates humans and technology as the focus of worship.
Many will read this thread and assume I need therapy. I really do hope they're correct and that my illness and recent isolation has fried my brain. Unfortunately my gut has been well-trained, leading me to see the truth more often than not.
I do rely on trustworthy sources to confirm or disprove what my gut is telling me, and even though I know Christ is triumphant, I and many others do fear great trials ahead before the final victory. Seeing this is difficult and alienating so we must pray constantly for strength.
