Why Cannibalism is Good, Actually : THE THREAD
so, first we need to look at what the common arguments against cannibalism are. the most general one is an argument from a moral position, that these things are inherently wrong for whatever category they so choose to define their ethics by. this is, in effect, utter horseshit.
argument one: "there isn't consent!" (1/?)
there can be. there are instances where people have consented to being eaten either before death or when a part of them is served. here's a pretty thought-provoking article on the subject https://www.vice.com/en_us/article/gykmn7/legal-ethical-cannibalism-human-meat-tacos-reddit-wtf

argument two: "it's not normal!" (2/?)
this argument is one of the most common ones i hear: it is bad simply for it's taboo quality. this is a pov that is surprisingly modern and very eurocentric, as many cultures throughout history have and still continue to consume human flesh

argument three: Long-Pig (3/?)
I think it's funny when meat-eaters rail against cannibalism when, in effect, it's just another piece of flesh. eating a ribeye steak isn't much different than taking a slice out of your mate Charlie and grilling and seasoning his now severed flesh

for the future -- (4/?)
honestly, i want to be consumed when i die. i think it would be a good thing to do, just so long as my future family doesn't fuck up too much and overcook me. and for the love of god, use some good spices!

summation (5/5)
cannibalism is
ethical
commonplace in many cultures
likely delicious

EDIT: ABOUT PRIONS
now, people in the replies have mentioned degenerative diseases that have been contracted by those eating human flesh. however i provide a counterpoint to this.
there are numerous diseases one can contract eating bad meal regularly. eg salmomella, e coli, etc

most of the time, these diseases are contracted because the meat has not been handled in a sanitary way or, usually, has beem severely undercooked.
listen, im not saying go and chop up a homie and cook them. im saying that this topic is treated as taboo when its fairly common
