THREAD: Came across a very questionable traffic stop in Cap Hill. Cops apparently pulled someone over from an unmarked car because because of anti-police sentiment. The stop apparently also needed multiple police cars + several officers

After several tense minutes most of the #seattlepolice drove off and apparently did so dangerously close to the individual who was stopped (I did not get this on camera unfortunately). But they’ll be back later. No ticket was given for this supposedly justified stop either.

Then the cops try to search the car with no cause. People stop them by standing in front of the car, so officers refuse to wear masks or back up in retaliation #defundSPD #seattlepolice #seattleprotests

Eventually the sergeant there waved off his goons and they left.
There was more stuff that happened, such as accusing everyone present of being looters with no evidence, making jokes about us being unemployed (false), but unfortunately its hard to make out in the chaotic scene

Plenty of people were filming, so perhaps some of these things (and especially the incident where the cops almost ran over one individual) will show up on someone else's footage.
