#WalkAway: "Here's my #WalkAway story. I'm 22 years old and never paid too much attention to politics. I was only 18 during the 2016 election and did not support Trump or Hilary. I didn't support Trump due to twitter and my peers only preaching that Trump is racist & sexist. 1/x
Something I knew I did not want to stand by. Unfortunately, it took these last few months to open my eyes to what the Democrats truly stand for & the truth that President Trump is fighting for our freedom that is being under attack by the left.

Last month I took to facebook 2/x
to defend our law enforcement who are good and fair. I do not support corrupt cops and very much support police reform but refuse to put a target on the brave men and women who risks their lives for us. My 300+ of my peers took my name to twitter to label me a racist & expose 3/x
my "white" privilege. It was that moment that I decided I would not let people of such immaturity and hypocrisy dictate what I should believe. I'm over this generation who wants everything for nothing. I'm over those who are preaching the racist country America is and how 4/x
horrible of a place it is to live without ever leaving this country. My grandparents came to the US from the Philippines when my dad was only 5 years old. Not because America is a horrible place to live but because they knew the American Dream was for everyone no matter your 5/x
color, race or gender. Once they arrived here they lived in someones garage and worked their ass off to make a future for their kids. They started their own restaurant, travel agency and later became successful owners of a residential care facility. How? Because America gives 6/x
everyone the opportunity to succeed if only you're willing to work for it. The Republican Party is preserving this American Dream for all races. I will always stand by our beautiful flag & fight for the freedom we have been so blessed to have. May we never take for granted 7/x
this Democracy and fight for it this November at the polls. Trump 2020 🇺🇸" - Lexi 8/8
