4/ This memo's story injects new Russian name into the Steele fantasy universe, Alexej Gubarev. Gubarev lives in Cyprus since 2002 and runs Webzilla. Memo 166 specifically names him as one of the techie black hats on the Kremlin side helping Team Trump. --->
