Biden's plan for #Iran is out. He wants:
1. "mutual" return to #JCPOA
2. Expand restraints on nuclear program
3. Negotiate Iran's missile and regional programs
4. Address domestic repression
Here's why all items are non-starters:

Iran committed to the deal fully for 3 yrs without reciprocation. US/EU must prove that they're trustworthy before Iran's return to its commitments by implementing JCPOA and UNSCR2231 for 2 yrs for satisfaction of Iranians.
Expand restraints on nuclear program:
The US violations of its commitments under JCPOA and UNSCR2231 must have a price.
The price is no further restraints. The US can't have its cake & eat it too.

Negotiations on Iran's missile and regional programs:
Iran missile & regional program are matters of fundamental national security. US/EU have no right to dictate anything on how Iran defends and protects its people, security and territorial integrity.

Addressing domestic repression is solely domain of Iranian people. US/EU have no moral authority or sovereignty over Iran's internal affairs.
Those responsible for massacre of innocent people in ME can not lecture others.

All 4 recommendations points out to US plans to gain more leverages without giving Iran anything meaningful in return.
Anyone in Iran who submits to these demands betrays all Iranians who are living under extreme hardship inflicted on them due to inherent JCPOA flaws. @JZarif
