Devon “Gross”tephan, Noved Grosstephan, shroud, shroud1, shroud_1, @/simpc0re or whatever alias they go by now. They’ve gotten away with countless inappropriate actions. Sending unsolicited dick pics, groping girls at band practice, and drunkenly kissing anyone in sight.
I know myself and so many others dismissed Devon’s illicit behaviors because we thought they wouldn’t harm anyone. They’re so small, they’re soft core baby aesthetic is so disarming, they’re just a reply guys/simp they’d never hurt anyone.
But Devon knew what they were doing and they’ve managed to weasel their way into so many groups. I’ve known Devon since high school and had pretty much cut them out of my life after they stole from me, fell four stories out of my apartment complex and broke their back.
The actions they’ve done are unforgivable, they’ve often used excuses of being drunk or playing dumb and Devon is not going to stop. There is a pattern of abuse and they continue to move on to new groups or different people so as not to be caught.
Devon was a part of Pride Band at Missouri State University (MSU), Student Activities Council (SAC), MSU queer groups such as Advocates and Spectrum, part of the local music and diy scenes. There was a Title IX case started against them in 2016.
*Devon is not a current student at MSU, but they had made plans to try to return this fall. Devon is a sexual predator, Devon is a liar, Devon is a thief.
They currently live in Pittsburg, Kansas and they were planning on returning to Springfield, Missouri in the fall.
