I will not be signing any waiver for damages related to infection nor will I agree to waive my children's right to a free and appropriate public education in the least restrictive environment.
I will not be signing any waiver to go back to work, to go an entertainment event, to go a political event. But mostly I'm here to talk about FAPE in LRE.
I understand the problems that school districts face and I sympathize. It's not your fault. But I will not waive my right to sue you and I will not waive my children's right to educations.

So come up with safe distance learning. Also pressure republican lawmakers to suck less.
(I think for my son that's likely to involve the state paying for a one-on-one aide in our home. It's the only plan I can come up with to support my son's learning needs. Open to other ideas).
