We have been gathering feedback and organizing a plan of action for what can be done to improve Franchise in Madden21, but more importantly how we can invest in how the Franchise team can work more efficiently, openly, and provide improvements to the game mode consistent
With the requests of the Community.
For Madden 21. We will be adding (example) some features that in this short timeframe we will be able to implement within the first or second title update:
- Ability To Edit Superstar Traits
- Ability to use formation subs with custom playbook

- Fixed Issue where custom Draft Classes will have players wearing two pairs of cleats

We are beginning designs on a system that will involve Assistant Coaches with unique skill trees that will provide customization, authenticity, and replay ability to Franchise. We also plan on adding a scouting overhaul consistent with concepts that
Community members and internal Franchise members have proposed. Due to the time restraints of adding a feature of this size, it is unclear if these will be coming to Madden 21 at any point or if they will be Madden 22 features.

We have separated "Face of the Franchise" and "Classic Franchise" internally. We also recognize that improving Core Franchise is of importance to us and we will ensure that the people here at EA Sports Tiburon hired to improve Franchise Mode will have the resources and freedom
