Kanye West is obviously in a severe episode of mania with his bipolar disorder. I have bipolar, and anyone else who has experienced mania will understand. Feelings of being invincible, delusions, hallucinations, talking extremely fast & making wild stories. He needs help, fast
Talking to God is a common theme with extreme mania. Anyone who’s not unwell knows this 99.9% didn’t happen, but in his mind he will genuinely believe it did. Sometimes people believe they are the ‘chosen one’, given a mission to change the world.

I bet you anything he wrote his new album in under a month. When you are manic you have all these ideas, and think you’re going to change the world. I’ll tell you a story of when I experienced something like this.
When I am manic, I am filled with ideas for books. I can barely sleep because my mind is racing with all of these plots and excitement. I genuinely believed I was going to be a best selling author. That someone was going to snap up my idea in seconds.
Unless he is sectioned, we are going to watch him continue like this until he crashes. He will not accept help because he will not believe he is ill. He will become paranoid (like he already has done) and think people are out to stop him.
But because of his fame and his money, he is untouchable. And as long as his publicity and extreme behaviour continues to make people money, nobody will step in.
