What are the most cost-effective campaigns and organizations to give to in this political cycle? I've already given a fair bit. I'd like to give more, but the budget is finite, and I'd like those dollars to has as much impact / $ as possible. 1/3

My thinking is highest bang/buck are:
1. Get out the vote efforts in swing states.
2. Close Senate races.
3. Flipping close state houses to affect redistricting in 2021.

Is my thinking right? What are the entities that fit in the criteria above? 2/3

Finally, my suspicion is that the lowest bang/buck political giving is to

4. High-visibility races that have already pulled in huge amounts of money.
5. Safe seats.
6. Deep blue or red state efforts & senate seats.
