Manchester City Player ratings 19/20. (A THREAD)
31. Ederson Moraes

Pretty up and down season for the Brazilian. Sometimes making the odd mistake and sometimes coming up clutch to save us from conceding. He would be a 6/10 but he is currently in pole position to receiving his golden glove so that has upped him slightly - 7/10
1. Claudio Bravo

Bravo was shakey in the rare few games he played this season he played a few in the PL when Ederson was out injured and cost a couple of goals vs liverpool. Got red carded in the CL however he did make a miraculous save at the end of the Carabao cup final - 3/10
22. Benjamin Mendy

Showing significant improvements over the previous two injury blighted seasons. Hes been fairly solid for the majority of this season despite a couple of mistakes against Chelsea and Wolves. Hes shown his class against opponents like real Madrid - 6/10
11. Oleksandr Zinchenko

Oleksandr hasn't been that good when called upon this season. Hes made quite a few mistakes like misjudging the ball in the Carabao cup final vs Aston Villa and at fault for Southamptons only goal against Southampton. He hasn't offered anything. 3/10
25. Fernandinho

Having stepped out of his comfort zone and into CB when Laporte was injured, Fernandinho has been extremely reliable at the back and saved us in some very crucial games most notably the double block he did vs Real Madrid - 7/10
14. Aymeric League

Having been injured for most of the season, Laporte was fully fit after the restart. As soon as he came in, our defence looked alot sharper - 6/10 (cos he was injured)
50. Eric Garcia

Having been solid in the cup games that he played in, Eric was given a starting XI place next to Laporte after restart and has looked incredible - 7/10
30. Nicolas Otamendi

An average season for the general in my opinion but gets more hate than he deserves. Hes looked very solid in a few games this season especially when partnered with Laporte or Fernandinho - 5/10
5. John Stones

John has been very shakey when called upon this season. He was part of the cb pairing with otamendi that hot beaten 3-2 by Norwich City and also slipped in the Carabao Cup final that cost City the clean sheet - 3/10
2. Kyle Walker.

Mr Consistent. Debatably our 3rd or 4th best player this season and has *rarely* put a foot wrong - 8/10
27. Joao Cancelo

Up and down season for Cancelo. Was very average for the majority of the season but since lockdown has been incredible - 6/10
16. Rodrigo Hernandez

It has been a good first season in Manchester for Rodri and will only improve with age as he is still only 24 years old. Hes the long term successor to club legend, Fernandinho - 7.5/10
8. Ilkay Gundogan

Hes been very average this season other than a couple of good games like at the Bernabéu against Madrid - 5/10
21. David Silva

Coming to the end of his city career, đŸ˜„ David has been very good this season but has understandably lost his pace with age - 6.5/10
20. Bernardo Silva

Bernardo has been a shadow of his form from last season often going missing in many games. Hopefully he can recapture it somehow - 5.5/10
17. Kevin de Bruyne

Without doubt our POTS and deserving of the PFA POTY is Kevin de Bruyne. Currently 1 assist away from equalling Thierry Henry's record, he has 30 contributions in 34 games this season. Hes our rightful captain - 10/10
47. Phil Foden

Phil has seemingly emerged as a regular starter since the restart and has been our best player and top 3 PL players since we restarted. Heir to the throne of David he has 14 contributions in 16 starts this season and will surely start alot more next season - 7/10
7. Raheem Sterling

Raz has had an up and down season despite having more goals than any other Premier League player in all comps this season (29). 3 months without a goal or assist but since restart hes been on fire - 8/10
10. Sergio Aguero

Before Aguero got injured (like every season unfortunately) he had the best gtm ratio out of any player this season. Still a great season but will be the first in 8 seasons he doesn't hit 20 goals purely down to injury - 7/10
9 - Gabriel Jesus

Gabby has had a good season racking up 34 goal contributions this season despite not starting every game but unfortunately his finishing and decision making at vital times let's him down - 6/10
26. Riyad Mahrez

Our second best player this season playing very well and stepping up in decisive moments - 8/10
