i saw in the news twitter is banning qanon related contents and people

i did a search in twitter for qanon, still many qanon accounts visible in the people tab

i scrolled their feeds, many are sharing links to reprehensible sites full of conspiracy theories

i wanted to let twitter know

so i clicked the three dots near the header on their twitter feed, there is an option to report their account

when i clicked that there is an option which says: it's suspicious or spam

after clicking that there is another option which says: it's sharing links to potentially harmful malicious or phishing sites

i clicked that and then i blocked and clicked done

i only reported some qanon accounts* this way

*accounts that are specifically sharing website links which provides misinformation and tries to track visitors for data mining so that they can use it for nefarious purposes and targeted harassments

we all want a healthy platform with healthy debates that advances democracy and provides a public forum that stands up to hate

i hope me sharing this thread/my attempt towards that goal will be helpful to/for others
