Trying out every hot single Amul Chocolate in my area has become a lockdown achievement chase of sorts, and I’m documenting it below because they’re all good chocs, Brent.
Dark Chocolate: Good old 55%. The simplest and the best, and has put me off milk chocolates for good.
Madagascar: the first of the single origin variants that I tried. It has the same 55% base with a very subtle berry hint running through. Like rum chocolate minus the bitterness.
Belgian Chocolate: I want to love it, but I’m conflicted because while it tastes like a lovely fudge, the milk to chocolate ratio is higher and I’ve been ruined (by Amul only) in the favour of dark chocolate?
