I've seen a number of Conservative MPs being forced to come out to make a public statement in reaction to the Green & Labour Party dirty tricks. In short, they stapled a pointless amendment to force MPs to vote against a popular statement, so they can whip up an online mob.
As you can see from the above statement, Tracey Crouch, has been at the blunt end of this Green & Labour fake news. She has written a well-balanced explanation. It should be noted Tracy is currently battling breast cancer, so mod is the last thing she needs right now.
A couple of years ago @IsabelHardman did a fantastic myth-busting article on the use of photos of the chamber - fake news photos showing the chamber full and empty - with the caption MP voting for a pay raise, MP voting on Nurses cuts etc. We need something like this again.
Now, I personally feel it should be the @BBCPolitics job to explain this fake news trick, as a point of public service. Now, I'm not going into a bias conspiracy but if the Tories were doing this you would rightly see 'fact check' articles on the BBC news page.
So, as out of duty - I think it is only right that the BBC fact-checked and clarify what is going on - even better to name and shame the Green & Labour's dirty tricks - looking for fake news, astro-campaigning? It not all in Russia, quite a lot of it originates in Brighton.
