Now would be a good time to ask the Labour party for reparations for it's historically awful treatment of Black and Brown members. Where's the cheque?
Black and asian members should have sued years ago. Would the Guardian be supporting us? Or would we be considered 'unpleasant'?
I recall a story from the 70s of a Black women who began speaking at the conference and her microphone was switched off. Think that's an appropriate place to start. If you were there or remember this woman please DM me about it.
