We live in a digital age where it IS possible to send multiple emails at exactly the same time.
It is then obviously possible for an employer to send TWO emails at exactly the same time. (Shocking, I know!)
One to their employees who will be directly & possibly catastrophicly affected by the contents of said email. Long term& potentially life changing effects that could influence decisions/abilities for accommodation, food and paying bills. Y’know: BIG stuff:
A simple CC all email.
But let’s face it, no-one LIKES getting bad news in an email. Face to face is best. A phonecall preferable if not possible - maybe a zoom meeting?! But an email is the BARE MINIMUM you could do.
And a SECOND email to a news outlet or blog or vlog or other content creator, who will rely on this information for advertising revenue, clickbait & the satisfaction of being ‘the first’ to release the news. But, as the old adage goes: “today’s news will be tomorrow’s chip paper”
I say again: IT IS TOTALLY POSSIBLE TO SEND TWO EMAILS AT THE SAME TIME.

Take a moment to let this ground breaking technical wizardry sink in.
Should any producers or in fact any employer of people require a lesson in ‘sending more than one email a day’ I’m currently coupling it with my TedTalk ‘respect is a two way street’ and the bonus ‘how to sleep well at night when you’ve been a bit lazy&upset hundreds of people’
These classes will only set you back eight months wages in a West End show... which as we all know is a tiny, minuscule price to pay.
