That's 10 different MPs, possibly more (see the toilet seat, the "stupid little girl" comment) that WE KNOW PUBLICLY have had issues on the spectrum of misogyny, in the last 11 years.

And a recently announced top 20 that has only FIVE women in it - sitting at 1, 10, 14, 15 and 17.
I'm not even looking at policy & political decisions like underfunding the Ministry for Women for years, just the people side of the party.

I think the National party has a misogyny problem.
Having a woman as leader hasn't changed that. It can't change that without them accepting they have a problem and need to seriously address it, over time consistently.

They can start by releasing the "culture review" publicly and openly discussing the recommendations therein and what they are going to do about them.
National is NZ's biggest political party. That makes this a problem for NZ as a whole, not just them.
