They have y’all so brainwashed and honestly y’all leave the school so frustrated by the way they treat you. When you apply for a job they don’t care about your “PWI” they see you are BLACK. And tbh for numbers they come to a HBCU to recruit for the numbers. A job is a job.
My skills are just as good as your PWI “enhanced skills.” Let me add something that I’ve seen just this summer in Corporate America. Most BLACK PWI grads search for black organizations within to help fill those voids they missed out on.
So RESPECT OUR SCHOOLS. Because there was a time when you couldn’t attend a PWI. Never forget. Honestly speaking they don’t want you to attend now.
