I made this video to document the disinformation campaign against protesters by Seattle Police and Mayor Durkan throughout June, 2020, in which they exploited rightwing media, misrepresented the protest movement, and deceived the people of Seattle.
This is not a complete list of abuses during that time. I do have plans to eventually make something more comprehensive, but I don't have the time right now to dive into a deep project like that and I wanted to get this out because I think seeing it all in one place is important.
(also, i know the production quality on this is not really up to par, but I've never produced anything this long and i quickly discovered that i do not like doing it

Mike Solan, the president of the SPD officers' union, has become a frequent source of lies, making media appearances everywhere from KIRO FM to Fox News. https://twitter.com/spekulation/status/1283585289328357379?s=20
