The Tom Hirschman I knew was very passionate about wrestling. It became his life at a very young age.
As the Philly wrestling scene evolved and he suffered a number of serious injuries, his role was reduced and eventually he found himself with no role at all.

Nothing lasts forever. These are the good times. Be humble. Be appreciative. Enjoy every show & every match as if it was your last because one day it will be.

Furthermore, even in the down times or when you've moved on or out of the spotlight, remember that there are still people who care about you. You're worth is not tied to wrestling. You are humans before wrestlers & the real ones care about you whether you're in the ring or not.
